Mr. Gates and his team are honest and so easy to work with. Glen showed me so much compassion and understanding with my case from day one! When I called his office for the first time I was completely lost on where to start and who to trust, but Glen and his friendly staff were compassionate and patient during such a stressful and confusing time for me. Glen’s entire team, from his receptionist team to his paralegal, Kacie , were extremely experienced, professional and friendly. Each time I contacted Glen’s office he and his staff gave me their complete attention and my questions were answered completely and accurately with zero time wasted. Mr. Gates and his team communicated, with clarity, exactly which personal legal information they needed from me in order for my case to move forward as quick as possible. Mr. Gates was also knowledgeable with all of the laws/rules of family law.which gave us the upper hand in negotiating with opposing counsel. We met to discuss an already paid levy problem that the bank was still charging interest on even though we had paid. Mr. Gates gave us free advice even though our 30 minutes went over to save us money instead of charging $350 an hour he advised us how exactly we could do a simple certified letter with precise law code & language. He gave us advice on another potential business debt issue without charge we really appreciate his honesty and generosity with his expertise and time without charging us. I met with Glen briefly to discuss the CA divorce process. An overview of the law, what to expect, etc. I found him to be extremely knowledgable of the law, practical in his approach to negotiating, and logical when describing spousal separation goals for kids, assets and income. READ THIS!! I was served with paperwork stating I had to go to court. It was a complete shock and I did not know who to call. I called over ten lawyers who referred me to family law, civil law, and a 1-800- number help line. I could find no one to help me in my situation. THANKFULLY I found Glen Gates. First of all, he got right to the point and told me what my options were. Secondly, he stated he would fight against these false claims. Lastly, he answered all of my questions and accompanied me to court. The case against me was dismissed within a few minutes. After calling over ten lawyers and spending several hours on the phone I can tell you that Glen is very direct and will not waste your time. He cares about his clients and does not leave you hanging.
